The LCB-3B emulsified asphalt pump is mainly suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, have a temperature not higher than 80 ℃, and a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt). The pump has well-designed oil discharge and return grooves, which reduce the torque force borne by the gears during operation, resulting in low bearing load, minimal wear, and high pump efficiency. The pump is equipped with a valve as overload protection, and the full reflux pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this valve cannot be used for long-term operation as a pressure reducing valve. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.
The LCB type asphalt pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. The gear is manufactured with a double arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared with involute gears, its advantages are that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profile during the gear meshing process, so there is no wear on the tooth surface, smooth operation, no hydraulic phenomenon, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency.

Equipped with copper gears, it can transport low internal point liquids such as gasoline, benzene, etc.
The LCB-6BEmulsified asphalt pumpThere is a pair of rotary gears installed in the pump body, which rely on the mutual meshing of the two gears to divide the entire working chamber inside the pump into two independent parts. When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate. When the gear disengages, a local vacuum is formed on the suction side, and the liquid is sucked in. The liquid sucked in fills the various tooth valleys of the gear and is carried to the discharge side. When the gear enters meshing, the liquid is squeezed out and discharged from the pump.
